Arrival, Celebration & SocialsPampanga Bus Assembly
Attendance check. Participants are encouraged to bring a light snack — no breakfast will be provided. Please pack light and avoid bulky luggage. Buses depart at 7:00 AM sharp.
Pampanga Buses Roll Out
Strict departure. No waiting for latecomers. An optional 20-minute stopover may be made at the bus coordinator's discretion depending on the schedule.
Makati Bus Assembly
Attendance check. Participants are encouraged to bring a light snack — no breakfast will be provided. Please pack light and avoid bulky luggage. Buses depart at 8:00 AM sharp.
Makati Buses Roll Out
Via CAVITEX–Nasugbu Highway. Optional 20-minute stopover at coordinator's discretion.
Arrival & Warm Welcome
Buses are expected to arrive approximately simultaneously — actual timing will depend on traffic. Advance party and resort staff welcome the fleet. Baggage unloaded to holding area.
Midday Welcome Feast & Welcome Kits
Buffet LunchDelegates gather for a rich buffet lunch. Short welcome address from leadership. Distribution of room keys and branded event shirts.
Official Room Check-In
Room check-in time will depend on room availability — the hotel cannot guarantee specific check-in times. If your room is not yet ready, use the Baia Ballroom to store your belongings and explore the resort in the meantime.
Team Free Time & Recreation
3.5 hrsSwimming at beach or pool, sports at Country Club, or rest. Photo/video team conducts drone flights and team B-roll coverage.
Outdoor Sunset Dinner & Open Bar
Buffet DinnerGrand beachfront gathering. Chill beach music as the sun sets over Hamilo Coast. Group sunset portrait block by the photo/video crew. Please be at the beachfront on time at 6:00 PM. Party closes at 10:00 PM.
Mid-Year Program, Socials & Raffle
Main EventExecutive Address (in order): Lisette Maristela, Criz Sanchez, Rocky Layno, and Paul Kamper. Outstanding Team Awards · Grand Summer Outing Raffle Draw · Open dance floor · Premium social drinks.

Main program and beach party closes. Guests may move to resort bars or return to their guestrooms.

Final Dip & Packing
Last chance for a morning beach walk, souvenir shopping, or quick swim. Begin packing — rooms must be cleared by 10:30 AM.
In-Room Packing & Key Surrender
Settle any personal room incidentals at the front desk. Return room key cards to HR coordinators at the Baia Ballroom.
Baggage Loading & Group Assembly
Baggage sorted and loaded into the 5 designated transit buses. Final headcount check. Be at the Baia Ballroom by 11:00 AM.
Departure — Strictly Enforced
Buses roll out bound for Makati and Pampanga. Departure strictly enforced to beat Sunday afternoon CAVITEX/SLEX traffic.
